Project Notice

Erewhon Sex Club is an independent, 21+ participatory art project presented for expressive and entertainment purposes. It is not a sex club and does not offer, arrange, advertise, facilitate, or sell sexual activity, dating, escorting, membership, admission, services, or events. This form is only a voluntary expression of interest. It creates no contract, membership, ticket, reservation, entitlement, expectation of contact, or promise of review, response, acceptance, access, or participation. The organizer may decline, remove, or close any submission at its discretion.

No payment is collected through this form. If a separate payment option is introduced in the future, its terms will be disclosed before payment; no payment will purchase membership, access, services, or a particular outcome.

Age & Submission

By submitting, you represent that you are at least 21 years old, are submitting your own information or have permission to submit it, and have read this notice. Do not submit unlawful content, another person’s information without permission, or information you do not want the organizer to review.

This project is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, authorized by, or otherwise connected with Erewhon Market or its affiliates. Nothing on this site is intended to state or imply an affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, or approval. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Notice at Collection

We collect the information you enter in this form: identifiers and contact information (name, email address, Instagram handle, and phone number if provided); age; declared city and country; self-selected gender identity and gender(s) of interest; and written responses. These selections and written responses may contain potentially sensitive personal information, including information concerning sex life, sexual orientation, or gender identity. The sexual free-text prompts are required to submit this form. Please provide only the minimum information you choose to share in response.

We use this information to receive, review, and administer the project; communicate with you about your submission; protect the site and project from misuse; and comply with applicable law. Declared city and country may be converted to an approximate city-level point for a confidential reviewer dashboard; we do not publish submissions or display residence-level locations. When a QR code or tagged link is used, the project database may record a short, non-identifying source label and an aggregate scan count to understand which materials lead to applications; it does not keep an individual scan history. A short-lived first-party cookie may carry that source label into the application so the URL remains clean; it is not used to identify or fingerprint you. We do not use submissions for targeted advertising or sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to authorized project personnel, providers that host or process the site for the project, or where disclosure is required by law.

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, legal recordkeeping, and dispute resolution. Do not submit more sensitive information than you want to provide.

Privacy Requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or limits on certain uses of personal information. To make a request, email privacy@erewhonsexclub.com from the address used in your submission. We may take reasonable steps to verify your request and will respond as required by applicable law.
